Is Quirkettle’s supplier-quote workflow available?

Yes. It is available to members of approved Quirkettle workspaces. Sign in to create or join a workspace and request access if you do not yet have an approved workspace.

What can buyers manage in a workspace?

Members of an approved workspace can create and edit saved RFQs, set a response deadline, open or close replies, assign suppliers, and review each supplier’s status under the correct RFQ.

How can a supplier send a reply?

Accepted Answer

A buyer can create an individual response link for an assigned supplier and share it directly. Suppliers do not need a Quirkettle customer account. Buyers can also enter a reply manually when it arrives outside the link. Quirkettle does not email suppliers automatically.

Question 4

Can I see which suppliers have not replied?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Invited suppliers remain marked as awaiting a reply until a supplier responds or the buyer changes the status. Received and declined replies have separate statuses, so an unanswered invitation is not counted as a response.

What quote details can I save and compare?

Accepted Answer

The tracker can save a quote reference, amount, currency, price basis, lead time, validity date, and notes. It shows the saved details side by side. It does not convert currencies, normalize line items, or calculate landed cost.

Can I score quotes and record the selected supplier?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Buyers can save 1–5 scores for price, quality, delivery, and terms. The scorecard gives the four criteria equal weight and shows their average. Buyers can save the selected supplier and an optional decision rationale. Scores are entered by the buyer; Quirkettle does not automatically rank offers.

Question 7

Are the downloadable trackers connected to my workspace?

Accepted Answer

No. The CSV, Excel workbooks, PDF checklist, and procurement guides are standalone resources. RFQs, supplier assignments, replies, quote details, scores, and selections saved in the approved workspace persist in the app.
