Request and sending
- RFQ ID and request title
- RFQ version and sent date
- Sent channel and response deadline
Practical procurement tools
Start before sending: use the printable checklist to catch vague scope, specifications, quantities, delivery, pricing, schedule, supplier instructions, and terms. In an approved Quirkettle workspace, save RFQs, assign suppliers, collect link replies or record them manually, track who is still waiting, and compare saved quote details with a scorecard. Use the standalone workbook below when you need an offline comparison template.
These downloads are standalone resources. Saved RFQs, supplier assignments, replies, quote details, evaluation scores, and supplier selection remain in the Quirkettle workspace after reload.

Built for the reply stage
Keep one supplier’s response on each row. The workbook retains the CSV’s tracking fields and adds a reply-status dropdown and deadline alert; the CSV remains a plain download for lightweight spreadsheet use.
Choose one reply status: No reply, Partial reply, Received, or Declined. Record missing items separately from the status and log each clarification with an owner and due date.
Separate comparison workbook
The response tracker manages replies and follow-ups. This separate Excel workbook lines up three supplier offers for each requested item and keeps each supplier’s stated terms in its own columns.
A blank template with three supplier slots and 20 comparison rows. It does not convert currencies, combine mixed-currency amounts, or rank suppliers.

Record the request version, sent date, channel, and deadline. Allow at least five business days for suppliers to respond.
Use No reply when nothing has arrived by the deadline. Use Partial reply when a supplier has responded but items, terms, or answers are still missing.
Space up to three dated follow-ups around the response deadline and decision date, and stop when the supplier replies or declines. Capture clarifications and the quote validity date so expired terms can be rechecked before a decision.
The checklist, response tracker, and offer comparison workbook are standalone resources and do not connect to Quirkettle. The app’s RFQ and supplier-quote workflow is available to members of approved workspaces.
